This approach to the practice of yoga focuses specifically on personal questions and  concerns that you have about your practice, your life, and how the practice can enhance your life.

Mary will consider the many models of yoga and use her keen sense of intuition to develop and assist you in a plan for providing a more personalized plan for practice in an dout of the studio, to alleviate distress,  with in depth guidance to help you progress at your own pace.

Single session $50  •  4 Session Package $160  •  8 Session Package $300

These packages are not transferable and requires at least 4 of the 8 sessions be scheduled within an 8-week window, at the time of payment.

Small Group and Private Sessions

Not interested in participating in a large format class, but would like the opportunity to practice under the guidance of a teacher? Consider a private or small group (2-8 people) yoga session tailored to your needs.

Single session $70  •  4 Session Package $200  •  8 Session Package $320

Deepen your ongoing practice with individualized attention. This package includes both 16 weeks of unlimited open classes and 4 private sessions. You will also receive individual support through email and other resources to encourage you along the way. Total investment: $375
